Custom House
Custom House, the most recent introduction by the partners at SRG, focuses on offering the finest artisanal meats and fresh, seasonal ingredients, which pair seamlessly with Sue Kim-Drohomyrecky’s extensive selection of boutique wines. Since opening in October 2005, Custom House has received praise from local and national press alike for its exemplary food, wine and service. Green Zebra
Green Zebra was second restaurant to join the SRG family. At the helm once again are partners Sue Kim-Drohomyrecky, Peter Drohomyrecky and Shawn McClain as well as McClain's wife, General Manager, Holly McClain. Spring
Spring, offering New American fare with an emphasis on seafood, is led by Spring Restaurant Group Partners Sue Kim-Drohomyrecky, Peter Drohomyrecky and Executive Chef Shawn McClain, named Best Chef Midwest by the James Beard Foundation in 2006.
