New Year's Eve

This New Year's Spring Restaurant Group is planning a several very special events. Each of our restaurants will celebrate in their own unique fashion. Please join us at the venue that compliments your personal style for ringing in 2008.
CUSTOM HOUSE
Custom House will be open on New Years Eve. We will be offering 4 course Prix-Fixe limited-choice menus priced at $75 & $110. The menu price is determined by seating: early seating between 5:30-7:00pm and late seating 8:30-10pm, selection and is exclusive of beverages, tax and gratuity. Party favors and a champagne toast with Champagne Henriot are included for the late seating. In addition there will be live music featuring Rachael Carlson from 9pm - 1am. The Custom House bar will offer open seating and an a la carte menu. Festivities will end at 1:30 AM. Reservations at 312-523-0200.
Vegetarian options are available (advance notice is required.) A credit card number will be required in advance to hold reservation.
GREEN ZEBRA
Green Zebra Restaurant is offering an all vegetarian, 5 course tasting menu priced at $75 per person. We will also be offering an optional wine tasting for the evening priced at $45 per person. These prices are exclusive of additional beverages, tax, and gratuity. Chef will try to accommodate vegans and allergies with advance notice. We will have earlier seatings accommodating guests at both 6:00 and 6:30pm, and then a later seating at 9:00 and 9:30pm. A credit card number will be required in advance to hold reservations. SPRING
Spring Restaurant will be offering two seatings this NYE. The first will be from 6-7pm with reservation slots taken on the quarter hour . There will be a 4cs, limited choice menu offered at a cost of $80per person/ $45 wine pairing (exclusive of beverages, tax and tip). The second seating will be from 9pm to 10pm, again tables available on the quarter hour. The menu offered will be a 5 course limited choice selection and will include a champagne toast with Henriot Champagne. The cost is $120 per person/ $55 wine pairing (exclusive of additional beverages, tax and gratuity). Guest will also receive party favors to celebrate and will be entertained by a live DJ. The Spring bar will offer open seating and an a la carte menu. Festivities will end at 1:30 AM. A credit card will be required in advance to hold reservations. 773-395-7100.
