Custom House & Spring

This spring we are taking bar dining to a whole new level. Beginning on April 29th Custom House and Spring Restaurants will offer a very special bar menu to pair with the Champagnes of Moet Hennessey.

A rarely available line-up of champagnes will be offered by the glass.

So sip on a glass of Dom Perignon or Veuve Clicqout Rose choose from perfectly paired nosh. Both Spring and Custom House will offer special bar menus created by acclaimed Chef Shawn McClain to pair perfectly with the bubbly libations. The menus will be lighter fare highlighting the unique character of each restaurant. This special offering is available for a very limited time from Sunday, April 29th through Sunday, May 27th. Join us for the kick off at our monthly jazz event at Custom House on Sunday, April 29th when we will feature the Chris Green Quartet from 6-9 PM.

Those purchasing a bottle of champagne from the Moet Hennessy portfolio will be entered in a raffle to win a Magnum of Veuve Clicqout Yellow Label Champagne.
